Summer Bock is a Gut Microbiologist & Master Fermentationist on a mission to help you achieve stellar digestion naturally using herbs, ferments, and food. Her background in microbiology and pre-med has given her the perfect skillset for integrating modern research in the microbiome with her traditional studies in herbalism and food as medicine. After resolving her own slew of health concerns naturally, she started teaching others to do the same by building up their gut bioterrain. She is certified in Integrative Nutrition through Columbia University. She’s the founder of the Fermentationist Certification Program, The Probiotic Power Cleanse, and Gut Rebuilding. She was awarded the Good Food Award three years in a row by Alice Waters for her sauerkraut recipes.
